How to Start a Return

Email us at support@finleycrest.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Pack your item securely with tags/packaging intact.

Ship using a tracked courier of your choice (unless return shipping is free).
 Items sent back without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Exchanges

Change of size/color: The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.

If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item): We’ll cover return costs and arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel on arrival.

If there’s an issue, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll prioritize a free replacement or a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows no movement or your order is late, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we’ll offer either:

A replacement, or

A full refund (your choice).
